Creating Editing Tables Notes

Tables, wow! Now these start to get challenging. The Insert/Modify table dialog box provided by the EditMe Editor will build a pretty rudimentary table--once built, they can be difficult to figure out what is going on with them.
I have had to go to http://www.annabella.net/tables.html to gain some basic understanding of how tables are represented with HTML. Remember, we are not actually writing the HTML, the EditMe Editor is, so all of the HTML table tags shown at this site are not available to us through the Table Diaolog boxes provided.
Once you click on the icon, the following dialog box is displayed. Under the General Tab, select the number of columns and rows that you want. Note: you can insert additional rows and columns later if you need them. I created a table below with values shown in the table, except for Columns, Rows, and I did check the box for Caption.
This is the Area for the Caption!

Cell Padding sets the the amount of space around the text or image in the table.
Cell Spacing sets the width of the border.
Alignment sets the alignment of the table on the page. Options are Left, Center, and Right.
Border sets the size of the "shadow bevel" on the edge of the border.
Width sets the width of the table and is expressed as either pixels or as a percentage of the availble width in the HTML frame. Height is similar.
Class (not sure what this does)
Table Caption provides a space above the table for text.

You probably noticed that there is not a setting for Column Width. Basically, column width is defined by what is in the cells in that column and
